Returns Policy - T&C's


It is entirely our customers’ responsibility to ascertain product suitability for their pet. Please take care if you know that your dog is a strong puller/escape artist. Supervision is required at all times and please check regularly for wear and tear/chewing damage. Any use of a Grumble&Grumble harness is solely at the risk of the user. We have tested the items for wear and durability as best as possible, however due to the nature of the soft fabric and materials used, we strongly advise avoiding use of our products when walking near busy roads/traffic or hazardous/stressful situations. As these harnesses are used outside of our control, we can take no responsibility for any loss or injury that may occur.

If you wish to return an item, please email - include your order number so that we can easily identify your purchase. Please note that once an order has been placed, the costs are then bound to us as a company (ordering in/cutting the necessary fabrics required for your order, etc) therefore unfortunately we are unable to refund or return your purchase if you simply change your mind or wish to cancel your order, so please take care when selecting your items.

Any items made to your specific requirements (custom measurements or personalised embroidery) is considered a bespoke order and cannot be returned. However we may be able to help with an exchange or alteration. If this applies to you, please contact

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with all tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.

Our incremental pricing structure is based on the amount of material used for an item, hence a size Large will cost more than a size XS. If you require an exchange from a small size to a larger size, the price difference will be payable. If you require an alteration from a larger size to a smaller size, there will be no additional cost however no monies will be refunded. This is due to the work involved in altering a product. 

Please note we will repair any damage incurred due to faulty components or manufacturing faults. You must notify us within 7 days after delivery if you receive a faulty item(s.) You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if you have received an incorrect item or if you believe there to be any error with your order.
